Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative for our Hythe, Kent branch. This part-time role (16 hours/week, Mon-Sat) involves helping customers in person, over the phone, and online, guiding them through everyday banking moments and digital tools.

You’ll be part of a local branch team with a focus on fair, trusted guidance and excellent service, contributing to our branch promise to keep services accessible on the high street.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is beneficial.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Comfort with using digital tools and online banking services.
