Sytner Group is seeking a Bodyshop Advisor at BMW Solihull to join a proactive team dedicated to delighting customers and getting it right first time. You will support the Bodyshop to drive productivity and efficiency, handling internal and external customer interactions.

The role requires experience in Bodyshop and insurance claims, familiarity with Audatex and VDA accreditation, and excellent communication with a strong telephone manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bodyshop and Insurance claims is ideal.
• Sales focused role requiring a people orientated approach.
• Familiar with Audatex operations and VDA accreditation.
• Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bodyshop team to drive productivity and efficiency.
• Handle internal and external customer enquiries and authorisations over the phone.
