Job summary

Sytner Group Limited is looking for a Bodyshop Advisor in Solihull to join our Bodyshop team. You will support the team, delight customers and drive productivity in a fast-paced environment, handling internal and external enquiries with a professional telephone manner.

The role emphasizes sales focus, with familiarity with Audatex operations and VDA accreditation, and a proactive approach to delivering right-first-time service in the motor industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bodyshop and Insurance claims is ideal.
• Familiar with Audatex operations and VDA accreditation.
• Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bodyshop Team to drive productivity and efficiency.
• Handle and manage enquiries from internal and external customers, negotiating authorisations by phone.
• Contribute to delivering right-first-time service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Bodyshop team at BMW Solihull as a Bodyshop Advisor. You will be part of a proactive team focused in delighting our customers and getting it right first time & you will be supporting our Bodyshop Team in driving the productivity and efficiency of the department. You will also be handling and dealing with our customers both internal and external. Each of our dealerships boasts state-of-the-art facilities, equipment and technology in workshops, which are safe, friendly and clean.

Experience and understanding in aspects of a Bodyshop and Insurance claims is ideal therefore you will already hold a similar position in the motor industry. This is a sales focused role that would suit a forward thinking, people orientated person, and you must be familiar with both Audatex operations & VDA accreditation. You must have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner as the majority of authorisations are negotiated over the telephone.
