Job summary

System Recruitment Limited is assisting an award-winning, BSI Accredited accident repair centre in Birmingham to recruit a skilled Customer Service Advisor.

You will manage the end-to-end customer journey in a busy bodyshop, use Autoflow and Audatex for progress, estimates and invoicing, and act as the main liaison with the workshop team. Hours: 8am-4pm Mon-Fri; Saturdays on rota. Tyseley location.

Qualifications

• Audatex and Autoflow experience essential.
• Experience in a high-volume Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre.
• Strong IT literacy and excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• System management: Use Autoflow (BMS) to manage vehicle progress, job cards and internal communication.
• Estimating & invoicing: Assist with or manage repair estimates and invoicing via Audatex.
• Customer liaison: Serve as the first point of contact, providing updates on repair status and handling queries.
• Workflow coordination: Liaise with damage assessors and workshop to secure authorisations and meet deadlines.
• Administration: Manage courtesy car bookings and process payments including insurance excesses.
