Job summary

Vertu Accident Repair Centre Sheffield is hiring a Bodyshop Advisor to join our friendly team. You’ll be the main contact for customers and insurance partners, handling bookings, invoices and data entry to keep repairs on track.

You’ll need some Bodyshop or service experience, good IT skills, an eye for detail, and a full UK driving licence. We offer 25 days holiday, staff discounts, pension, and career development.

Qualifications

• Service or Bodyshop experience.
• Comfortable using IT systems (training is provided).
• Notice details and stay organised.
• Remain calm and focused when busy.
• Hold a full UK driving licence (manual and automatic).

Responsibilities

• Booking in customer vehicles and helping to keep repairs on track.
• Sharing updates clearly and on time with customers and colleagues.
• Managing invoices and carrying out accurate data entry.
• Supporting the flow of documents and information across the Bodyshop team and other departments.
