Job summary

Vertu Accident Repair Centre Sheffield is hiring a Bodyshop Advisor to join our friendly team. You’ll be the main contact for customers and insurance partners, handling bookings, invoices and data entry to keep repairs on track.

You’ll need some Bodyshop or service experience, good IT skills, an eye for detail, and a full UK driving licence. We offer 25 days holiday, staff discounts, pension, and career development.

Salary: £28,500| Monday to Friday | No weekend work

Our team is expanding and we’re excited to be offering a new opportunity to join our friendly and supportive team at Vertu Accident Repair Centre Sheffield as a Bodyshop Advisor!

What you’ll be doing

This role is all about supporting customers and keeping our repair centre running smoothly. You’ll be a key contact for customers and insurance partners – in person, over the phone, and by email.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Booking in customer vehicles and helping to keep repairs on track
• Sharing updates clearly and on time with customers and colleagues
• Managing invoices and carrying out accurate data entry
• Supporting the flow of documents and information across the Bodyshop team and other departments

What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have some Service or Bodyshop experience
• Feel comfortable using IT systems (training is provided)
• Notice details and like to stay organised
• Can stay calm and focused when things are busy
• Hold a full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
