Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Bodyshop Advisor role within an accident repair or automotive setting.
• Knowledge of Autoflow system preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers professionally at the front desk
• Answer incoming calls, pass messages, and direct enquiries appropriately
• Inform customers about payment requirements and process card and cash transactions
• Assist with parts administration and general office duties
• Familiarise with company management systems and complete courtesy car handovers
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Support operational processes within the accident repair centre
