Job summary

Gardiner Motors Ltd is looking for a Bodyshop Advisor/Administrator to streamline the administrative workflow at our accident repair centre in the UK. You will be the main link between customers, insurance companies and technicians, scheduling repairs, creating job cards and handling enquiries.

Key duties include updating management systems, processing invoices, coordinating with the parts department and managing repair costs with insurers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a vehicle bodyshop, service department or customer service role.
• Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and basic administration.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and managing bookings for repairs.
• Preparing and filing repair job cards and invoices.
• Coordinating repair timelines with technicians to maximise efficiency.
• Liaising with insurance companies to authorize repairs and manage costs.
