Job summary

Holt Automotive in Leatherhead is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join our busy site. You will meet customers, handle bookings, manage the courtesy car diary and provide timely updates.

The role requires experience in a motor trade or accident repair centre, strong organisational skills and a customer-focused approach. Monday to Friday, 8am–5:30pm, permanent contract with a competitive salary up to £36,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within an accident repair centre or the motor trade.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and a quality focus.
• Experience as an administrator or customer‑service advisor within the motor trade, ideally within an accident repair centre.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers, handle bookings, control courtesy car diary, and provide customer updates.
• Liaise with third‑party companies such as insurance and car hire companies.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, demonstrating motivation, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills.
