Snows Group in Southampton seeks a Bodyshop Administrator to ensure smooth information flow between workshop and customers, delivering excellent service and keeping the Accident Repair Centre running smoothly.

Your day includes handling calls, bookings, invoicing, insurer liaison, and diary management for deliveries and vehicle movements, with full training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• PC, MS Office and web literacy are essential.
• Ability to plan, organise self and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail with accurate work quality.
• Deliver results and provide excellent customer service.
• Experience delivering administrative support.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls and route to the relevant colleagues.
• Take messages and book bodyshop bookings; respond to emails.
• Process invoicing for the accident repair centre.
• Liaise with insurance companies to obtain correct information.
• Manage diary for deliveries/collections and vehicle movement.
• Authorise purchasing invoices to keep operations smooth.
• Support manufacturer/ accreditation paperwork with external suppliers.
• Administer payments, transfers and cash reconciliations.
• Distribute courtesy cars to customers.
