Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out preventative maintenance and diagnostics on BMS systems in line with customer agreements
  • Provide clear, concise reports from PPM visits to meet KPIs
  • Keep schedules and trackers up to date for both internal teams and customers
  • Complete small repairs and remedial works as needed
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment for reliability and performance
  • Respond to customer callouts in the event of system failures
  • Document all service activities, repairs, and client interactions professionally
What You'll Bring
  • Experience with Trend and/or IQ Vision (experience with Tridium, Schneider EcoStruxure, or ALC advantageous—training provided if needed)
  • Background in building controls and mechanical plant
  • Strong diagnostic and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence and CSCS card
