Responsibilities

  • Conduct planned maintenance and reactive callouts of BMS systems.
  • Commission and optimise DDC control systems.
  • Maintain software, strategy files, and server backups.
  • Produce detailed site reports and maintain client relations.
  • Supervise subcontractors and enforce Health & Safety policies.

Skills

Experience with Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Siemens, ALC, or Niagara-based systems
Strong understanding of control strategies and HVAC systems
Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
Electrically competent with full UK driving licence

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct planned maintenance, reactive callouts, and small works commissioning of BMS systems.
  • Commission and optimise various DDC control systems.
  • Maintain software, strategy files, and server backups.
  • Carry out electrical LAN mapping and HVAC checks.
  • Produce detailed site reports and maintain strong client relations.
  • Supervise subcontractors and enforce Health & Safety policies.
  • Generate method statements, risk assessments, schedules, and O&M documentation.
  • Provide demonstrations and handovers to clients for smaller projects.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Siemens, ALC, or Niagara‑based systems.
  • Strong understanding of control strategies and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
  • Electrically competent with full UK driving licence.
