BMS Sales Manager - North East

We’re supporting a leading provider of Building Management System (BMS) solutions that delivers technically complex, high-value projects across the UK. The business is recognised for its integrated approach, combining control system expertise with strong partnerships across M&E contractors, consultants, and end users. With a reputation for delivering multi‑million pound projects, a skilled team of technical and project specialists, and long‑standing relationships with control system partners, this company offers a strong platform for ambitious sales professionals to grow and make an impact.

As a BMS Sales Manager, you will target new and existing customers across the North East, focusing on major projects and upgrade opportunities with end users, public sector clients, main contractors, and M&E contractors. You’ll provide technical sales support, prepare quotations, and deliver presentations on integrated systems, ensuring all secured work meets margin expectations and contributes to regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users
  • Promote BMS solutions and technical propositions
  • Prepare quotations and proposals for projects up to £1.5 M
  • Provide timely sales updates, forecasts, and reportsIdentify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
Requirements
  • Minimum three years’ BMS sales experience
