Responsibilities
  • As Sales Director, you will take ownership of regional and international sales performance, working closely with executive leadership to deliver sustainable growth.
  • Developing and executing a global / regional sales strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Driving revenue across BMS, smart buildings, and integrated control solutions
  • Building long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and partners
  • Identifying new market opportunities within data centres, commercial buildings, and critical infrastructure
  • Working cross-functionally with engineering, delivery, and operations teams
  • Representing the business at industry events and key client meetings
