Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and control a variety of pharmaceutical equipment and processes.
  • Support customer and regulatory audits as and when requested.
  • Manufacture drug substances according to GMP standards.
  • Participate in key safety training sessions.
  • Apply and complete GMP documentation - right first time.
  • Follow procedures for sampling and testing.
  • Actively communicate and collaborate with various functional areas to champion strong working relationships.
  • Engage in problem‑solving, root cause analysis, and resolution to ensure perfect operations.
  • Ensure the safety management system is updated accordingly with events.
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably within a GMP environment, is highly desirable.
  • An understanding of the use of bioreactors, chromatography columns or general pharmaceutical equipment.
  • Good problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Ambitious approach with a dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
