Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery across national and international projects, focusing on Defence, government, and technology sectors. You will mentor colleagues, ensure policy compliance, and advance BIM methodologies within a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes implementing and refining information management, QA processes, and software strategy, while advancing BIM standards across projects in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading project delivery in a BIM environment.
• Familiarity with implementing BIM accreditation/certification (ISO 19650).
• Experience establishing and managing ISO 19650-compliant processes on projects.
• Ability to train and support team members in BIM processes, protocols, and tools.
• Capable of delivering work on time and within budget with minimal supervision.
• Experience in BIM coordination and management, including running coordination workshops to improve model quality.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards.
• Knowledge of Dynamo, script writing desirable.
• Experience of 4D/5D BIM applications would be useful.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective working relationships with the Project Manager and client to ensure communication of progress and changes.
• Manage the BIM process supported by the necessary tools in large scale projects.
• Provide input to the development of the company’s BIM policies and strategies.
• Implement and ensure compliance with BIM policies and strategies within the team.
• Support the BIM Lead in adapting strategies related to information management, QA, process optimization, and HR management.
• Ensure compliance with Arcadis drafting and BIM standards and national standards.
• Continuously review and justify BIM-related software and investments.
