Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery on Defence, Local Government and large-scale projects in the UK. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, ensure information management, and uphold BIM standards across the portfolio.

You will mentor colleagues on BIM processes, contribute to policy development, and drive continuous improvement in drafting and modeling workflows while aligning with project constraints and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading BIM project delivery.
• Experience implementing BIM accreditation/certification (ISO 19650) in a business setting.
• Experience establishing and managing ISO 19650-compliant processes on projects.
• Ability to train and support team members in BIM processes, protocols, and tools.
• Capable of delivering work on time and within budget with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective working relationships with the Project Manager and client to ensure clear communication of progress and changes.
• Manage the BIM process supported by the necessary tools in large-scale projects, including multi-stakeholders.
• Provide input to the development of the company’s BIM policies and strategies.
• Implement and ensure compliance with BIM policies and strategies within the team.
