We’re partnering with a leading international M&E contractor renowned for delivering high-specification data centre and pharmaceutical projects across the UK and Europe. Due to continued project growth, they are seeking a BIM Design Engineer to join their team on a large-scale life sciences facility in Surrey.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and coordination of complex MEP systems using BIM technologies.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure accurate model delivery.
• Manage design reviews, clash detection, and coordination between disciplines.
• Assist in developing detailed models, drawings, and documentation to meet project standards.
• Maintain BIM workflows and ensure data integrity throughout project stages.
