Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience leading a VPK classroom environment.
• Must maintain current training and certifications as required by the YMCA.
• State approved CPR/AED certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plans and prepares for a learning environment and needed materials.
• Ensures a conducive classroom environment for learning.
• Maintains communication with parents regarding children's progress.

High School Diploma or better
