Job summary

Talogy in Cambridge is seeking a Project Coordinator to support consulting delivery and coordinate project work with our clients and internal teams.

You will manage project setup, progress tracking, and communications across in-person and online sessions, coordinating with the Lead Consultant and Client Partner to ensure a high standard of service and timely delivery. Fluency in English and French is preferred, with experience in project management software like MS Project/Jira.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a project management environment is preferred.
• Must speak fluent English and French
• Education/certification in project management is preferred.
• Proficiency in using web-based project management software, e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.
• Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.
• Previous experience in the talent management industry is desirable but not required.
• Demonstrable evidence of being able to collaborate effectively with others, multi-task, and prioritize workloads for self and others.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates to Consulting Support Manager on progress, challenges and achievements.
• Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and client satisfaction.
• Set up projects in OpenAir, including Tasks and Planned Hours; track progress and hours.
• Book participant sessions and record details on project trackers; send related communications.
• Coordinate delivery for in-person and online sessions; manage associated logistics.
• Assist with invoicing and revenue recognition; support financial aspects of projects.
• Coordinate materials, flights and accommodation as required.
• Maintain QA records in OpenAir, Salesforce and SharePoint; review materials for accuracy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and support global project work.
