Job summary

Talogy is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support consulting delivery for client projects. You will manage end-to-end coordination, track progress, and liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.

You will collaborate with Lead Consultants, manage OpenAir tasks, and assist with invoicing and reporting. Strong English and French skills, plus PM software experience, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project management environment preferred.
• Fluent English and French is required.
• PM certification or equivalent education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks and issues.
• Set up projects in OpenAir and track hours and tasks.
• Coordinate client communications and logistics for delivery.
• Assist with invoices, revenue tracking and cost control.
