Job summary

Talogy seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to support Consulting Support projects across multiple client engagements. You will manage coordination, OpenAir setup, tracking hours, and ensure delivery within scope and SLA, while liaising with clients and internal teams.

Fluent English and French are required, and experience in a project management environment is preferred. Proficiency with MS Project, Jira and MS Office will help you succeed in a fast-paced global team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project management environment.
• Fluent English and French.
• Proficiency with web-based project management software (MS Project, Jira).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Experience in talent management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks and achievements to the Consulting Support Manager.
• Set up projects in OpenAir and track progress and hours booked by team members.
• Support client relationships and coordinate logistics, communication and timelines.
• Assist with financial aspects including invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate resources and scheduling, including sessions with participants and consultants.
• Review materials and reports for accuracy and professionalism; contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with global teams to support cross-regional projects.
