Job summary

Talogy in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Coordinator to support consulting delivery and client engagement. You will coordinate projects, manage timelines, bookings, and documentation, and assist with event logistics and internal communications.

The role collaborates with Consultants, supports the Consulting Support Manager and Lead Consultant, and may contribute to sales, marketing, and regional/global projects. Fluency in English and French is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a project management environment is preferred.
• Fluent English and French languages are preferred for client and internal communications.
• Project management certification or education is advantageous.
• Experience with web-based project management tools (MS Project, Jira) is expected.
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Experience in talent management is desirable but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, multi-task and prioritize workloads.

Responsibilities

• Proactively provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and to client satisfaction.
• Set up and manage projects in OpenAir, including tasks and planned hours; ensure billing is accurate.
• Coordinate client communications, bookings, and delivery timelines for assessments, coaching, and sessions.
• Support with logistics, event management, and coordination with TechOps for product administration.
• Assist with financial aspects: scope definition, revenue management, invoicing, and reporting.
• Coordinate materials, travel, and accommodation; manage QoS and QA across project deliverables.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to share knowledge and support cross-region projects.
