Job summary

Talogy is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Consulting Support team in delivering talent management services to clients. You will coordinate internal and external projects, set up OpenAir tasks, track hours, and deliver regular status updates to the Lead Consultant.

You will collaborate with clients and participants, manage communications, and help ensure smooth delivery of assessments, coaching, and workshops, in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a project management environment is preferred.
• Must speak fluent English and French
• Education/certification in project management is preferred.
• Proficiency in using web-based project management software, e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.
• Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.
• Previous experience in the talent management industry is desirable but not required.
• Demonstrable evidence of being able to collaborate effectively with others, multi-task, and prioritize workloads for self and others.

Responsibilities

• Proactively provide regular updates to Consulting Support Manager of project progress, challenges and achievements, as well as regular project updates.
• Work with the Lead Consultant / Project Lead to track project progress, identify and manage any risks and issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the client's satisfaction.
