Job summary

Talogy is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the Consulting Support team in delivering talent management services. You will coordinate internal and external projects, set up tasks in OpenAir, manage client communications, and assist with financial and resource planning to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery.

Fluency in English and French is preferred, with experience using MS Project or Jira and other PM tools.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a project management environment.
• Fluent English and French.
• Experience with web-based PM software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates on project progress and risks.
• Set up and track projects in OpenAir including Tasks and Planned Hours.
• Coordinate client communications and manage logistics for sessions and delivery.
• Assist with financial aspects: invoicing, revenue recognition, and cost tracking.
• Plan and allocate resources, book sessions, and manage post-delivery reporting.
• QA and ensure accuracy and professionalism of client materials and reports.
• Collaborate with global teams and support cross-region projects.
