Job summary

Talogy is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support consulting delivery and coordinate complex projects for clients. You will work with Consultants and the Consulting Support team to manage timelines, budgets, and logistics, ensuring a high standard of service and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

You will coordinate sessions, track progress, and help with post-delivery communications while liaising with TechOps for product administration.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a project management environment preferred.
• Must speak fluent English and French.
• Education/certification in project management preferred.
• Proficiency with web-based project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Experience in talent management industry desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external projects end to end or support specific tasks within a project.
• Set up projects in system tools (e.g., OpenAir) including Tasks and Planned Hours; track progress and hours booked.
• Deliver regular status updates to Lead Consultant.
• Manage client communications on logistics, bookings, and progress.
• Record session details and dispatch related communications.
• Coordinate delivery processes including assessments, workshops, and proctoring.
• Support financial aspects: scope, costs, invoicing, revenue recognition.
