Job summary

Talogy in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Consulting Support team. Reporting to the Consulting Support Manager, you will coordinate delivery of talent management services alongside our Consultants, managing small projects end-to-end and liaising with clients and participants.

You will set up projects, track progress, handle logistics for participant sessions, manage communications, and support with revenue and invoicing tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a project management environment is preferred.
• Must speak fluent English and French.
• Education/certification in project management is preferred.
• Proficiency in using web-based project management software, e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.
• Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.
• Previous experience in the talent management industry is desirable but not required.
• Demonstrable evidence of being able to collaborate effectively with others, multi-task, and prioritize workloads for self and others.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates to Consulting Support Manager on project progress, challenges and achievements.
• Track project progress with Lead Consultant/Project Lead, manage risks and issues, ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Set up projects in OpenAir, including Tasks and Planned Hours; track hours booked by all contributors.
• Deliver regular status updates to Lead Consultant regarding project progress.
• Coordinate client logistics, participant bookings and communications; support with delivery dates and timetables.
• Liaise with TechOps for implementation and product administration; handle invitations and report downloads.
• Coordinate delivery processes for in-person and online sessions; manage post-delivery communications/reports.
• Assist with revenue management, invoicing, and project financials; ensure accurate setup in systems.
• Plan resources with Lead Consultant to optimize internal resources and associates; arrange SOWs/POs.
• Coordinate materials, travel, and accommodation as required.
• Maintain QA records and review materials for accuracy and professionalism.
