Job summary

Talogy is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support consulting delivery in the Basildon area. You will coordinate projects end-to-end, track hours, and ensure timely, quality service to clients and participants.

Join a global team and work with internal and external stakeholders to manage sessions, updates, and post-delivery reports. Strong English and French skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project management environment preferred.
• Fluent English and French.
• PM certification or education preferred.
• Proficient with web-based project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
• Strong IT skills and MS Office suite.
• Experience in the talent management industry is desirable.
• Able to multitask and prioritise workloads.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates on project progress and risks to the Consulting Support Manager.
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Set up projects in OpenAir with tasks and hours; monitor bookings.
• Proactively identify coordination tasks and potential challenges.
• Deliver status updates to the Lead Consultant.
• Support client relationships with professional, timely communication.
• Coordinate participant sessions and communications.
• Assist with invoicing, revenue recognition and financial tracking.
• Resource client work with Lead Consultant; book sessions and issue POs.
• Coordinate materials and travel as required.
• Maintain QA records in OpenAir/Salesforce/SharePoint; review materials.
• Monitor reports and ensure confidentiality of client information.
• Support global projects and cross-training where possible.
