Job summary

Qualifications

• Education/certification in project management preferred.
• Proficiency with web-based project management software such as MS Project or Jira.
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Experience in the talent management industry desirable but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates to the Consulting Support Manager on project progress, challenges and achievements.
• Track project progress with Lead Consultant/Project Lead to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal and external projects end-to-end or support specific tasks within a project.
• Set up projects in OpenAir, including Tasks and Planned Hours; monitor hour bookings.
• Deliver regular status updates regarding project progress to the Lead Consultant.
• Manage client communications on logistics, participant bookings and timelines.
• Coordinate delivery processes for assessments, coaching, group sessions, online and in-person.
• Assist with financial aspects including invoicing, revenue recognition and project setup in Open Air.
• Resource planning to allocate internal resources and associates to client work.
• Maintain QA, knowledge management systems and project documentation; ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
