Job summary

Turnitin is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to support Spanish and French customers in a remote-first role. You will manage a portfolio of educational institutions in Spain and France, driving retention, adoption and growth while building strong executive relationships across Deans, Vice Chancellors and instructors.

Qualifications

Fluent in English, Spanish and French.
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar roles.
Experience with SaaS and EdTech is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management across higher education.
Data-driven mindset with CRM usage.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of higher education customers in Spain and France.
Build and execute account plans to drive retention and growth.
Nurture relationships with Deans, Directors and instructors.
Identify upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities.
Deliver business reviews and customer engagement activities.
