Job summary

Turnitin is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of Spanish and French higher education customers. You will drive retention, growth, and strong relationships while ensuring customers get maximum value from Turnitin software.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solutions teams to support customer needs, develop account plans, and deliver business reviews. Fluency in English, Spanish, and French and 1–2 years in SaaS/EdTech are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Customer Success or related role in SaaS/EdTech.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven, with CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of higher education customers across Spain and France.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer institutions.
• Drive adoption, retention, satisfaction, and long-term success.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer goals.
• Deliver business reviews, presentations, and customer engagements.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solutions teams.
• Capture and share customer feedback to improve products.
