Job summary

Turnitin, LLC is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to support Spanish and French customers across Spain and France. You will nurture relationships to maximize value from Turnitin services and drive upsell opportunities, while maintaining CRM records and delivering impactful business reviews.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solutions teams, building account plans and ensuring retention, growth, and customer advocacy in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
• Fluent in English, Spanish and French.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven approach with experience using CRM/CS platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of higher education customers across Spain and France.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer institutions.
• Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer goals.
• Deliver business reviews, presentations, and customer engagement activities.
• Identify and support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Use customer insights and engagement data to manage risks and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solutions teams to support customer needs.
• Capture and share customer feedback to improve products and customer experience.
• Generate referral opportunities and develop customer advocates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and account activity.
• Continuously invest in personal and professional development.
