Job summary

Turnitin is seeking a French & Spanish-speaking Associate Customer Success Manager for a UK remote role. You will manage a portfolio of higher education customers in Spain and France, driving adoption, retention, and upsell while building strong relationships with Deans, Directors, and instructors.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer success or related fields, fluent English, Spanish, and French, and a data-driven, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role (SaaS/EdTech/education).
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven approach with experience using CRM/Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Team player with curiosity, accountability, and growth mindset.
• Understanding of edtech landscape and institutional challenges in teaching and learning.
• Proven ability to retain customers, upsell and drive satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of higher education customers across Spain and France.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer institutions.
• Drive adoption, retention, satisfaction, and long-term success.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer goals.
• Deliver business reviews, presentations, and customer engagement activities.
• Identify and support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Use insights to manage risks and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solutions teams.
• Capture and share customer feedback to improve products and experience.
• Generate referrals and develop customer advocates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity.
• Invest in personal and professional development.
