Job summary

Turnitin is seeking a French & Spanish-speaking Associate Customer Success Manager to lead retention, growth, and relationships for Spanish and French institutions from a UK remote base. You will manage a portfolio of educational institutions, drive adoption of Turnitin solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

The role requires 1–2 years in Customer Success or related, fluency in English, Spanish, and French, and a data-driven, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value to diverse higher education stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of higher education customers across Spain and France.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer institutions.
• Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer goals.
• Deliver business reviews, presentations, and customer engagement activities.
• Identify and support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Use customer insights and engagement data to manage risks and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solutions teams to support customer needs.
