Turnitin is hiring a French & Spanish-speaking Associate Customer Success Manager (UK Remote). You will manage a portfolio of higher education customers in Spain and France, driving adoption, retention, and upsell opportunities while collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solutions teams.

Fluency in English, Spanish, and French is required, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or the education sector.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value clearly to diverse higher education stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and organisational skills, with a data-driven approach and experience using CRM/Customer Success platforms.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of higher education customers across Spain and France.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer institutions.
• Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer goals.
• Deliver business reviews, presentations, and customer engagement activities.
• Identify and support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Use customer insights and engagement data to manage risks and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solutions teams to support customer needs.
• Capture and share customer feedback to improve products and customer experience.
• Generate referral opportunities and develop customer advocates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and account activity.
• Continuously invest in personal and professional development.
