Turnitin is hiring an Associate Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of higher education customers in Spain and France from a remote UK base. You will nurture relationships, drive adoption, and identify upsell opportunities while coordinating with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Customer Success or similar, fluency in English, Spanish and French, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

• 1–2 years in Customer Success or similar client-facing role.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving, time-management, and organisational abilities with a data-driven approach.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of higher education customers across Spain and France.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer institutions.
• Drive customer adoption, retention, and long-term success.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer goals.
• Deliver business reviews, presentations, and customer engagement activities.
• Identify and support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Use customer insights and engagement data to manage risks and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solutions teams to support customer needs.
• Capture and share customer feedback to improve products and customer experience.
• Generate referral opportunities and develop customer advocates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and account activity.
• Continuously invest in personal and professional development.
