Turnitin is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of higher education institutions in Spain and France, ensuring retention, growth and strong relationships. You will drive adoption and upsell opportunities while delivering business reviews and engaging customers across levels from instructors to Deans.

• Fluency in English, Spanish, and French required.
• Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and organisational skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or education sector.

• Nurture and grow relationships across institutions to enable wider adoption and upsell opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of higher education customers across Spain and France.
• Deliver business reviews, presentations, and customer engagement activities.
