Turnitin is hiring an Associate Customer Success Manager for Spanish and French customers, remote UK. You will manage a portfolio of higher education institutions in Spain and France, driving adoption and renewals while expanding our solutions.

Fluency in French, Spanish, and English is mandatory, with 1–2 years in a customer-facing role. The role emphasizes building strong stakeholder relationships, delivering business reviews, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing to support

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven, with experience using CRM/CS platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a SaaS context.
• Understanding of the education technology landscape and institutional challenges.
• Proven ability to drive retention, upsell, and customer satisfaction targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of higher education customers across Spain and France.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within institutions.

• Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer goals.
