Job summary

Turnitin is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager for Spanish and French customers to drive retention, growth, and strong relationships across Spain and France. You will manage educator portfolios, upsell our solutions, and build account plans to achieve customer success and value realization.

The role requires fluency in French and Spanish, plus English, with right to work in the UK. Remote-first culture and global benefits accompany a collaborative, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Customer Success or similar client-facing role in SaaS/EdTech.
• Fluent in English, Spanish and French.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven with experience using CRM/CS platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborative team player with accountability and growth mindset.
• Understanding of education technology and institutional challenges.
• Proven ability to retain customers and support upsell targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of higher education customers across Spain and France.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within institutions.
• Drive adoption, satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer goals.
• Deliver business reviews, presentations, and customer engagement activities.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Use customer insights to manage risks and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solutions teams.
• Capture and share customer feedback to improve products and experience.
• Generate referrals and develop customer advocates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and account activity.
• Invest in personal and professional development.
