Job summary

A national service provider in commercial maintenance is seeking a Junior Estimator to join their Bristol team. This role offers a salary range of £40-50k and a hybrid working model (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home). The ideal candidate will help deliver estimating for new tenders in the Facilities Management sector, focusing on Mechanical, Electrical, and Fabric works, while developing their business development skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Estimating or as a Junior Estimator in Facilities Management or Engineering Maintenance.
• Ability to present to Senior Leadership Team effectively.
• Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Fabric works in FM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver estimating/costing for new tenders.
• Specialise in Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric works.
• Support wider Business Development objectives.
