A construction solutions provider seeks a Bid Coordinator/Writer to manage the bid lifecycle for new-build construction tenders. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction-related tenders, particularly in the Education sector. Responsibilities include managing PQQs, writing bid content, and coordinating submissions. Strong organisational and presentation skills are essential. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £60k plus benefits, with hybrid working options in London.

Due to a strong 2026 pipeline, we are looking for a Bid Coordinator/Writer who is ready to take on a pivotal role delivering high‑quality, visually engaging bids across our growing pipeline of new‑build construction tenders; ideally with a background in the Education sector.
You’ll be part of a small yet dynamic pre‑construction team, supporting the full bid lifecycle from early engagement through to tender submission and client presentations. You’ll support the Pre‑Construction Team and collaborate with design, commercial, and operational leads to develop compelling, compliant, and high‑impact submissions.
You’ll be tenacious and bring energy, creativity, and precision to every submission. You take pride in producing documents that stand out – visually and technically.
