We have three brand new opportunities to join a growing construction company that has recently established its new Head Office in Central London. With plans to expand across three divisions, this is an exciting time to join and help shape the future of their bid and preconstruction function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and complete allocated sections of PQQ and tender submissions to deadlines.
  • Support Preconstruction and Bid Teams in all aspects of the bid process.
  • Compile, update, and maintain a library of standard tender documentation and model answers.
  • Write and coordinate responses to bids and tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Maintain document control of tender / bid documentation and manage addendums and updates.
  • Upload tender / PQQ documentation to the internal intranet system.
  • Craft persuasive, relevant answers that portray the company in the best possible light.
  • Research and develop case studies, team CVs, and presentation materials for bids.
  • Provide administrative support to the Bid Manager and wider team.
