William Hill PLC in Hawick, Scotland, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our shop. You’ll welcome customers, process bets and assist with betting terminals, while building lasting relationships and delivering excellent service to the local community.

You’ll champion safer gambling at all times and support shop managers with displays and opening/closing activities as required, with shifts across mornings, evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Age 18+ (it’s a legal requirement)
• Strong interpersonal and empathy skills with the ability to engage with customers from all walks of life
• Passion for delivering great customer service

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming customers with a friendly face
• Processing bets and assisting with customer queries
• Helping customers by demonstrating how to use betting terminals
• Building relationships with our customers and providing an excellent customer service
