Job summary

William Hill PLC in Harrogate is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our shop team. You will welcome customers, process bets, help customers use betting terminals, and build relationships through excellent service.

You will champion safer gambling and support managers with shop displays and opening/closing duties on a rota that covers 8am–10pm, seven days a week. Aged 18+, with strong people skills, you’ll be motivated to deliver great service.

• Strong interpersonal and empathy skills
