Location: Various Secondary Schools in Leicestershire
Pay Rate: £83.33 - £100 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students who face behavioural, emotional, or social difficulties. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your role will involve de-escalating situations, promoting positive behaviour, and providing one-on-one or small-group support to help students stay engaged in their learning.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people, particularly those with behavioural needs
  • Right to work in the UK
  • A valid DBS certificate on the update service or the willingness to apply for one
  • Patience, resilience, and strong communication skills
  • A driving licence is beneficial as some schools may not be easily accessible via public transport
