In this role, you will provide expert beauty treatments and professional advice to our customers, ensuring they enjoy the best possible in-store experience. We work with trusted beauty brands to help us deliver the very best professional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert beauty treatments and professional advice to customers in-store.
• Engage with customers, recommend treatments, and upsell products and services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends and techniques, including threading, tinting, waxing (facial & brow), lash lifts, cluster lash extensions, piercing, nails (manicure, pedicure, gels, acrylics), body waxing and spray tanning.
• Participate in in-house professional training in threading, tinting, waxing, piercing & lash extensions.

Qualifications

• Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrate a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
• Be confident in engaging with customers, recommending treatments, and upselling products and services.
• Be passionate about beauty and keep up with the latest trends and techniques.
