Overview

Looking for a career glow up? Ready to work on some top beauty brands? Do you take pride in a fully stocked beauty stand? Look no further… We’ve got an exciting opportunity to join us as a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in the Primark Wigan. You’ll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new Beauty brand into a fast-paced high street store. You’ll be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the stands are completely full of stock as these brands sell fast!

Role location and hours

This role will primarily be based within the postcode WN1 1UP. Confirmed working hours: 8. Sun 08:00-11:00; Thurs 06:00-08:00; Fri 06:00-09:00.

Responsibilities

• Product Placement and Replenishment
• Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Ensure as much stock as possible is out on shelves in order to drive sales.
• Monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages.
• Knowledge of Health and Beauty, including brands, products and trends.
• Compliance and Standards: follow merchandising standards, guidelines, store policies and health and safety guidance.
• Follow and implement planograms to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts, and offers.
• Strong communication and relationship building: build and maintain relationships with in-store colleagues, especially department and store managers.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via the feedback application, acting as the eyes and ears in the stores.

• Comfortable with manual handling to move and arrange products from warehouse to shop floor.
• Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about tasks.
