Description

REFY are seeking a Beauty Consultant to join our team within the beauty department at Selfridges, Exchange Square.

As a Beauty Consultant, you will be the ultimate REFY ambassador, bringing a genuine passion for the beauty industry and an eye for the latest trends. In this role, you’ll represent REFY’s core values in every interaction - championing confidence, inclusivity, and innovation - while simplifying the beauty journey for our community. By showcasing our world-first, multifunctional products, you’ll demonstrate how REFY empowers effortless beauty with fewer steps and maximum impact. This is a part-time role, fully flexible over 3 days based at our counter within Selfridges Exchange Square.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drives REFY’s business objectives, meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Engaging with customers to showcase REFY products and provide personalised consultations.
• Building brand awareness and maintaining relationships with existing clientele.
• Supporting retail events and activations during peak seasons.
• Gaining insight into customer service, sales, and brand representation.
• Ensuring replenishment and stock levels are maintained.
• Participate in regular product training and growth opportunities at our HQ.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse customers and team members
• A passion for the beauty industry and luxury retail environments
• Demonstrated success in achieving individual sales and KPIs
