About the role

John Smeaton Academy is seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Beacon Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will work under the direct instruction of teaching/senior staff within the Beacon department – our mainstream academy SEND and Inclusion provision – to support the teacher on implementing a curriculum tailored to individual needs, enabling pupils to reach their full potential.
