Bathroom Installation Manager

Location: Ipswich

Salary: Up to £50k depending on experience, plus £4800 car allowance, bonus and additional benefits.

Elliott Recruitment are pleased to represent a national organisation with an excellent opportunity for a Bathroom Installation Manager to cover Ipswich and the surrounding areas. My client, a national organisation and a market leader in their field, offers this role on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Director of Installations, key duties will include:

Responsibilities

• Conduct a technical survey within the customer's property to enable right first‑time installation.
• Oversee installation teams throughout the install.
• Conduct regular site visits to quality check and resolve any site‑based issues.
• Manage remedial works and warranty issues.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in an Installation Manager role as well as knowledge of the plumbing industry and wider building trade. A customer‑service‑driven approach and strong communication skills with customers, installers and head office staff will be essential. Experience of CAD and / or Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
