My client, a national organisation and a market leader in their field, offers this role on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Director of Installations, key duties will include:
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in an Installation Manager role as well as knowledge of the plumbing industry and wider building trade. A customer‑service‑driven approach and strong communication skills with customers, installers and head office staff will be essential. Experience of CAD and / or Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
